Date(s) - Sat Jun 24 2017 - Sun Jun 25 2017
All Day

This event is for those who wish to just explore these cliffs but not climb. There is no official location however the plan is to meet up at the Hilton in Gooseneck

The UIAA Respect the Mountains project encourages all its national member federations and mountain stakeholders to adopt the 7 Ways to Respect the Mountains practices by following simple yet effective actions and to build a sustainable future. The first UIAA Respect the Mountains series ran throughout Europe during the summer of 2016. Nine events took place in eight European countries. Nearly five tonnes of tourist waste were cleared by over 600 volunteers who covered some 3,300 kilometres of paths, trails, forests and slopes.
Find more details here: UIAA Respect the Mountains.

As the series has not yet come to North America, and in celebration of Canada 150, ACC-MB leads the way by hosting a “Respect the (really, really, old) Mountains Canada 150 C5 day” (cleanup, climb up, culture up, cook up, camp up)
